Returns Policy:
eyesforabargain.Com maintains an 8 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, please adhere to the process outlined below.
We will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) providing:
Goods are returned to us within 8 working days of delivery. The item/s is returned in the condition in which it/they was/were received - unworn, unused and in all original packaging.
Please note: We will not refund any goods that have been worn, soiled or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
Process:

It is always in the customer’s interest to ensure goods are returned by the appropriate delivery service (i.e. Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery depending upon the value of the goods) as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at the eyesforabargain.com premises.

Faulty Items:
Every item is fully inspected by our manufacturer and by eyesforabargain.com prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please follow the instructions below:

On receipt of the item, eyesforabargain.com our manufacturer will assess the fault and we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund dependent upon the outcome of the assessment of the faulty product. eyesforabargain.com decision is final.
